Sometimes life feels like it’s moving faster than we are. Between work, family, and everything else, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself in the mix.
This is your chance to pause.
To breathe.
To remember what really matters — you.
Join me for a five-hour retreat open to both men and women set in a beautiful natural spot where you can unwind, reset, and recharge. It’s a chance to slow down, stretch, and reconnect with the calm, grounded version of yourself that’s been waiting underneath the busy.
What the Day Looks Like
This Retreat is inspired by the 8 Limbs of Yoga and together we will explore how yoga is about so much more than what happens on the mat. It’s a way of living with more ease, awareness, and joy — in everyday moments.
We’ll start the day with mindful movement and breathwork to help you settle into the space — no experience needed, just come as you are. This is about feeling good in your body, not perfecting a pose.
You’ll have space to think about what you really want and explore what’s been holding you back. Through simple reflection and supportive conversation, you’ll walk away with tools to make small, meaningful shifts that have a big impact.
They say food is the gateway to the soul (well actually I may have made that up😂) so we will share a delicous lunch and refreshments throughout our time together
