In the midst of our bustling lives, we often lose touch withthe essence of who we are, the rhythms of our inner world drowned out by the noise of daily demands. It's time to step away from the chaos and embark on a transformative journey designed especially for women seeking to reconnect with their authentic selves.
This Retreat will provide plenty of opportunity for 1:1 work, and I’m delighted to be collaborating with the gorgeous Julie Garner from Holistica BOP to help offer a guiding hand. Julie brings the complete “Soul Mama” vibe to Retreat. She is a nuturing and wise intuitive who holds gentle space for those ready to step into a brighter light. She brings an amazing kete of experience to Bali - she is a Reiki Master, Ancestoral Constellation Facilitator and Reflexology practitioner but alongside all of these healing modalities she has an extraordinary gift for transformation and healing on all levels.
Join us for a very intimate, bespoke Retreat in the heartland of Bali set amongst rice paddy fields, waterfalls, and temples. This retreat is a sacred pause, an opportunity for you to embrace the power of reflection, self-discovery and reconnecting to what lights you up. It is designed to allow you the time and space to reflect and uplevel your way of being and thinking, discovering a more fulfilling way to move through life.

Our home for five nights is an absolutely stunning, fully staffed 7-suite oasis set on 4,600 square metres of landscaped gardens.The elegant pavilions feature recycled timber and smooth stonefloors alongside traditional Indonesian artworks and antiques.
The resort includes an 18-metre swimming pool, stunning yoga shala with recycled teak wood floors, ,a picturesque rose quartz spiral, and a blissful on site spa.
Woven into the days on Retreat is plenty of time to rest, read, explore, to lie by the pool or enjoy daily massage and you will been couraged to slow right down, participate in soulful conversations, and soak up the very best that the spiritual side ofBali has to offer.
We will venture out together for group activities but you’ll also get plenty of down time to rest and recharge.

Begin each day with a transformative yoga session held within the gorgeous space of the onsite Yoga Shala. Every class is tailored to welcome both seasoned yogis and absolute beginners.
It's the perfect way to set a positive tone for your day, and you'll be amazed at how yoga can rejuvenate your spirit and allow you space to find inner quiet and contemplation whilst moving on the mat.
There is time each day for you to go off and explore the local area with a driver available to take you wherever you want around Ubud. Or you may choose to stay at the Villa and enjoy a spa treatment or just lie by the pool relaxing.
As the day unfolds, our afternoons are dedicated to slowing down.
Engage in mindful practices, hearty chats and soulful meditations to welcome you back to yourself, with opportunities to break away for some 1:1 work with both Julie and CJ.
Indulge your body with juicy stretches that ease you into the evening all woven through with CJ’s special blend of intuitive energy healing that will infuse the entire space.

About the retreat venue
Set in the green terraced hills in central Gianyar, Ubud is the spiritual heart of Bali.
Long revered for its temples and artistic heritage, the village has in recent years grown into a vibrant hub attracting yogi’s spiritual seekers and visitors alike.
Once you explore beyond the busy centre of town jam packed with cafes, galleries, yoga studios and boutiques, you’ll be surrounded by rice fields, jungle and the lush beauty of the real Bali.
Located only a short 20-minute drive from downtown Ubud, this luxurious villa is the perfect sanctuary to retreat to. Framed by never-ending rice fields, lush tropical jungle and gardens of which are manicured to perfection – this sprawling seven-bedroomed retreat offers all the mod cons you need and more. Close enough to go exploring but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide the quiet and stillness that your soul yearns for.

Surround yourself in opulent luxury in Tara’s Temple. Set in its own spacious pavilion, just steps from the sundeck and pool.

Twin-Share Ensuite (both rooms in the main pavillion)
Spacious and light, the Celestite Suite features a king-sized bed that can be splitinto two singles and a signature window bed for lounging or reading.
It has its own ensuite featuring bamboo floors with a shower that opens up to the lush tropicalgardens.
Relax in the gorgeous Carnelian Suite featuring a king-sized bed which can be split into two singles, full sized window bed and an area for lounging.
This room has aprivate outdoor bathtub set amongst the lush garden and an indoor shower.
