You're good at running your business. But who's looking after you?

This is why I create amazing Retreats designed for the woman who's capable, driven and well overdue a proper break.

You know the drill. You're the one holding everything together, the business, the team, the clients, the family, the mental load of approximately a thousand things at once. You're good at it. You've built something real.

But somewhere along the way, the thinking time disappeared. The big picture got blurry. And the version of you that used to feel excited and energised about what you do? She's still in there - she just needs some space to breathe.

That's what a Moksha retreat gives you. Not a conference. Not a workshop. Not another thing to tick off. Just a few days completely away from it all, in a beautiful place, with other women who understand exactly what it takes to run a life like yours.

A practical note for business owners

If you're self-employed, a retreat like this may well be a legitimate business expense - professional development, strategic planning, wellbeing investment. It's worth a conversation with your accountant about what applies to your situation. Many of my guests are pleasantly surprised.

Most of the women who come on retreat with me are self-employed or work in demanding careers. They arrive a little frazzled and leave with something hard to put into word - a quieter mind, a clearer sense of direction and the kind of renewed energy that doesn't come from a weekend on the couch.

Some use the time to think through a big decision. Some come back with a plan they hadn't been able to see clearly before. Others just needed to remember what it felt like to be a person, not just a professional. All of that is welcome.

There's gentle yoga and meditation woven through each day - nothing extreme, nothing performative but combined with good food, real conversation, and enough breathing room to actually hear yourself think makes for the perfect break away.
