Why leading Women on Retreat is a calling for me
I didn't set out to run retreats. I just needed to find myself again.
After my fourth child, I hit a wall. Not dramatically — no big breakdown, nothing Instagram-worthy. Just that quiet, creeping feeling of being completely bogged down and not quite myself anymore. So I did what I'd always done when life got loud — I went back to yoga.
I walked into a Les Mills Body Balance class to reconnect, and somehow got handpicked to become an instructor. Standing in front of people, guiding them back to their bodies — I lit up. I'd found my thing.
Life took us to Papamoa, a friend asked me to take her through a yoga class, and before long I had a full home studio of real, wonderful women coming to move and breathe and just be for an hour. Those women taught me something important: this wasn't really about yoga. It was about giving women permission to take up space, slow down, and remember who they were before everyone needed something from them.
Eventually I closed the studio and went all in on what I loved most — retreats and 1:1 work. Because there's nothing quite like removing a woman completely from her everyday life, taking all the pressure off, and watching her finally exhale.
“Witnessing individuals rediscover their inner joy and contentment is where my true passion lies, happiness is yours for the taking.”
My passion lies in leading transformative retreats and offering 1:1 intuitive coaching, all with the aim of helping women reignite their spark and embrace joy in life.

I've been practising yoga for 30 years.
I'm also a qualified Yoga Teacher, Reiki practitioner and, have a diploma in Counselling and Psychology. I’m someone who brings a lot of intuition and common sense to everything I do. You won't find me using fancy wellness jargon or asking you to be someone you're not. My approach is grounded, practical and real — because I believe wellness isn't a trend or a performance. It's about enjoying the simple things, being content with where you are, and taking care of yourself so you can keep doing the things you love as you get older.

When I'm not running retreats, you'll find me in the ocean.
I surf, swim, dive and walk beside it every day. Moving my body whether its on the mat, on my surfboard or out for a walk is a non negotiable daily joy.
I read a lot. I eat a lot too. I love being with my husband Dallas and our four kids, and I adore our dog Tika. The simple things in life are genuinely what light me up — which is probably why I'm so good at helping other women find their way back to them.

The women who come on my retreats are a lot like me.
High-functioning, capable, good at life and quietly running on empty. Maybe a bit restless in their work or their relationship. Perhaps they've lost sight of themselves somewhere in the middle of raising kids and being everything to everyone. They're ready to feel adventurous and inspired again, and they just need someone to create the space for that to happen.
That's what I do.
