Our days on the Island begin with a sunrise slow flow class to reconnect you back to your physical self, releasing tension and stress from your body and allowing you to feel more limber and mobile again. There is always a focus on the pranyama (breath) and meditation as we move our bodies to ensure a holistic approach to the practice. The yoga poses are thoughtfully sequenced to suit all levels and abiities so everyone can participate and take exactly what they need from the class.

Bedroom 1 is right outside the swimming pool and is the master suite of Villa Pantai. With a private ensuite bathroom and relaxing porch, this is the one that you’ll want.

Upon room confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours (refer to terms and conditions below).
