You're officially in!

I'm so excited you have decided to join me in taking a collective breath at 11:11am on Wednesday 15th December 2021 to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation of NZ! 

I know time is precious so I'm keeping this event nice and simple.  For 60 seconds we will down tools and take a deep breath (or four), to help lower our collective cortisol levels.
