I'm a qualified Yoga teacher and for years I taught Men's Yoga classes.

Video One: RECOVER
This is where you start if you can’t even get out of bed without wincing.
If trying to get dressed each day is a challenge. If it's a struggle to get your pants on without feeling like you are breaking your back.
In Recover we move through simple, gentle stretches which release tension and get some mobility back into your body without stressing anything out.
Video Two: LENGTHEN
Did you know that most of the time a tight lower back comes from tight hamstrings and glutes?
If you think about all that you do with your legs, you have to constantly power them up, which shortens the muscles and in turn those short muscles start to drag your lower back down with them.
In this class you will learn the stretches that will help you to lengthen out your leg muscles, releasing stress from the lower back and helping you move so much freer.
Video Three: RECOVER
There’s an old saying “them hips don’t lie” and if you are tight in your hips you’ll be struggling to move easily in everything you do.
If you aren’t sure what the hips do, think about this - could you sit cross legged on the floor right now?
Nah, I thought not.
This 3rd video is a gentle hip opener to help you get more limber and to open up all the muscles that support your lower back.
Video Four - STRENGTHEN
Forget lifting heavy weights or doing burpees to strengthen your already stressed back.
