Whole Body Stretch - Day One

Like all good things it can take time to get flexibility back, but you have to start somewhere and this is a great place to begin!

Today's class is a gentle stretch for your whole body to help release tension and give us a starting point for you to recognise where you most need to work on your flexibility.
